Reserving a Date
To reserve a date we required a signed contract and a 30% down payment. The remainder of your payment is due 90 days prior to your event date.
Meeting room payment is due upon room reservation.
Clients must use our licensed and approved liquor vendor in order to have alcohol at the Friedman Park Event Center.
Any event serving alcohol will be required to have security from the Warrick Count Sheriffs Deaprtment.
The Friedman Park Event Center has a list of pre-approved local vendors that do a great job and you can chose from.
The Friedman Park Event Center does allow other licensed and insured vendors to be used (excluding alcohol, A/V, and furniture) once they have read and signed the vendor agreement.
Caterers must be selected from The Friedman Park Event Centers approved list. This list can be found on our vendors page.
Banquet hall rentals will require the renter to obtain a special events liability insurance policy for their function.

The Friedman Park Event Center cancellation policy is date based.
A rental cancellation 9 months out or more receive 100% of their paid fees. Cancellations between 3-9 months receive a refund of any paid fees except their deposit. A cancellation within 3 months receives no refund.
The Friedman Park Event Center offers a large Prep Kitchen. It is equipped with refrigeration, ample prep space, commercial ice maker, refrigeration and warming cabinets. It is for the use of approved caterers for the prepping, plating and presentation of food. There is no cooking equipment in the kitchen.
The Concession Stand at The Friedman Park event center is available for rental without a caterer. The concession stand is only for purchased prepared food and is not to be used for cooking or food preparation.
